Return policy

We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14
days after receiving your item to request an exchange. After 14 days,
the sale is considered final and is illegible for return.

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. ONLY EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT


To be eligible for an exchange or store credit , your item must
be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with
tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or
proof of purchase.

Boots may be exchanged or credited only if the soles are unscratched
and the boots are in as-new condition. When trying on boots, be sure to
walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit
correctly.

Accesories, bags, and hats do no qualify for return.

Discounted Items do not qualify for exchanges as they are considered final sale

DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Before shipping out orders, we
ensure that they are securely packaged and double-check that there are
no defects on the products. However, packages can be damaged on the way
to their final destination. If the contacts of your order arrive
damaged, contact us ASAP with proof. From there we can offer a full refund with return or replacement with return at no extra cost to the client.


Shipping:

Unfortunately, we are unable to cover shipping cost for returns. Customers are responsible for paying their shipping return.
